What is Reiki and What is it Used For?
Reiki is universal life-force energy. Everyone has the ability to channel this energy, but many of us have forgotten how to as adults. Being connected with the flow of this energy brings relief from "blocks", which often manifest in our bodies as physical and emotional disturbances, such as:
- Addictions or dependencies on substances like cigarettes, alcohol, drugs
- Chronic pain or fatigue
- Depression, anxiety, eating disorders, and other mental illnesses
- Struggling projects, businesses, or relationships
- A sense of dissatisfaction with one’s life
Reiki healing is a process that both the healer and the client work toward. It “re-tunes” the body to accept the flow of Reiki, clearing disease and blocks which cause pain and a sense of being "stuck" in one’s life. Reiki isn't just the healer ‘waving her magic hands’ over the patient, but the student’s willingness to release obstacles and accept energy which will empower them.
How Will Reiki Help Me Achieve an Optimal Life?
We find when our students learn to tune-in to Reiki, their lives change. When people accept the flow of positive energy, they change the dissatisfying parts of their lives to create new beginnings — these might be big changes that manifest as new relationships, a new business, or something smaller such as reconciliation with a friend, being open to a new romance, or simply having more energy.
Accepting the healing flow of Reiki leads to positive transformations of all kinds, depending on the student's openness and desire for change. These changes may not occur after a single session, but this session alone can make students feel noticeably better.
There are no downsides or negative side effects to channeling Reiki — practitioners empower themselves so they can make positive changes in their lives.
